Petition Pilot provides automated bankruptcy document preparation services. Because our system immediately begins generating digital forms and emailing PDF documents after purchase, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds
Petition Pilot does not offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect chapter or form selection

User error or incomplete information

Court rejection or clerk-related issues

Failure to complete the guided interview

Decision not to file bankruptcy

Email delivery issues outside our control

Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection
Once access to the system is provided and forms begin generating, the service is deemed fully delivered.

Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

Petition Pilot generates digital bankruptcy PDFs immediately,

These documents are emailed to you on a per-form basis, and
-
Delivery of the digital service constitutes completion of the transaction.
This mirrors federal law governing digital goods under the FTC and common SaaS practices.

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if required by applicable law in the buyer’s jurisdiction. Petition Pilot complies with all mandatory refund provisions, if any.
No other exceptions apply.

Service Availability
If the service becomes temporarily unavailable, Petition Pilot will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Temporary downtime does not qualify for a refund.
